We can't wait to see lots of your beautiful faces for our Pride march on Saturday morning. If you're not already up to speed, here's a few bits you need to know to plan ahead: We are meeting at Highbridge Railway Station and the march will start at 10.30am. It's a pavement based march so anything you need to bring will need to fit on the pavement (no offensive signs, gestures or clothing please 🥰). We recommend grabbing some sustenance early on - and there's no better place to do this than One Stop - Highbridge who have a range of refreshments available! ☕️🥞 

We'll call at Apex at 11:00 and The Esplanade (by Bay View Cafe) at 11:25 before marching on to the Manor Gardens at 12:00... and that's when the fun really begins! 

Don't worry if you can't march the entire way, feel free to join us at any of our pick-up points. There will be a rest break before we move on so you wont end up out of puff 💨. 

It's really important that you pay attention to the pre-march briefing which will be explained before we set off. We're being ably assisted by our friends from Highbridge & Burnham Carnival Club, so do show them some appreciation as they will be stationed throughout the route to keep everyone safe. On that note: it is your responsibility(❗️) to make sure you cross roads and crossings safely as our marshals will not be stopping traffic (unless they turn in stiletto boots which is a completely different story 👠). 

Now we're all about the love, celebration and empowerment of our LGBTQIA+ community, but we know that not everyone is as enthusiastic as us. Should we come across any hate speech, counter-protest or negativity, please simply ignore it. We don't fancy the agro and we're pretty sure you don't either. As such, please don't bring any offensive items, weapons, substances or any devices that allow you to lock on (that means chain yourself) to anything! Your co-operation is appreciated - because it's really not worth the paperwork 🤣.
